Terms of Service
The commercial, operational and evaluation basis on which SynapseOps is provided.
General service terms. SynapseOps provides a governed analytics platform, customer-controlled deployment model, and associated portal, onboarding, licensing and support services. Paid use is subject to the applicable commercial agreement, order, deployment scope, licensing model and support terms.
Seven-day product trial. The free trial is intended for evaluation rather than production-critical use unless SynapseOps agrees otherwise in writing. It begins when the prospect confirms the business email verification link and runs for seven consecutive days. No payment card is required for the standard trial.
Temporary trial services. A trial may create a temporary customer portal record, a trial Datawarehouse environment, an AI Agent deployment, and temporary Runner & Deployment and AI Agent entitlements. Trial infrastructure may be hosted on SynapseOps-managed evaluation infrastructure rather than the customer’s eventual production architecture.
Expiry and cleanup. At the end of the trial, temporary licences are revoked and trial infrastructure may be suspended, removed or deleted automatically. Trial URLs, access passcodes, setup credentials and evaluation resources should not be treated as permanent.
Trial data and acceptable use. Customers and prospects remain responsible for source-system access, user access decisions, security controls, data governance and the suitability of data used during evaluation. Do not upload unlawful material, unauthorised credentials, or highly sensitive data unless its use has been specifically agreed.
Availability. A free evaluation demonstrates the product and deployment workflow and is not subject to a production service-level commitment unless separately agreed. SynapseOps may pause or end a trial where necessary for security, abuse prevention, platform protection or legal compliance.
Production services. Production deployments, bespoke integrations, enterprise rollouts, branded AI experiences, security design and expanded support should be scoped and agreed separately. If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with this website summary, the signed agreement governs.
